Who provides the service
Trademark Registration Direct is operated by MW Trade Marks Limited (company number 06879717), a trade mark practice regulated by the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg) as a registered body since 1 January 2010. The firm maintains professional indemnity insurance through PAMIA.

EU representation
EU applications are prepared through TRD and filed by an authorised EU representative who acts on the EUIPO record. The identity and role of the representative are confirmed in the engagement correspondence for the matter.
